¹上帝歟、爾其佑予、我託庇於爾兮、

²我謂耶和華曰、爾乃我主、爾外我無福兮、

³在世聖徒、乃爲顯貴、我所深悅兮、

⁴移於他神者、其苦必增、彼奠血爲祭、我不獻之、我口不道其名兮、

⁵耶和華爲我業我杯、所得之產、爾爲我守之兮、

⁶以繩量給之區、在於樂土、我業孔嘉兮、

⁷我稱頌耶和華、以其訓迪我、俾我中心、深夜自警兮、

⁸我恒奉耶和華於我前、彼在我右必不動搖、

⁹我心則喜、我靈則樂、形體處於平康兮、

¹⁰蓋爾不遺我魂於陰府、不容爾之聖者腐朽兮、

¹¹爾必示我維生之道、在於爾前、喜樂不勝、在爾右手之中、歡欣靡曁兮、
