¹耶和華歟、勿發忿以譴我、勿震怒以懲我、

²蓋爾矢及我、爾手壓我兮、

³因爾忿怒、我體無健、因我罪戾、我骨弗安、

⁴我罪滅頂、如重任難勝兮、

⁵因我愚昧、我創臭潰兮、

⁶我偃僂而拳曲、終日悲哀兮、

⁷我腰遍受灼炙、我體無健兮、

⁸身疲創劇、中心弗安、而呻吟兮、

⁹主歟、我之願欲、悉陳於爾、我之欷歔、無隱於爾、

¹⁰我心怦怦、我力疲憊、目光散失兮、

¹¹我遘惡疾、友朋遠離、親屬遙立兮、

¹²索取我命者設網罟、謀害我躬者出惡言、終日籌思詭計兮、

¹³我如聾者不聞聲、瘖者不啟口、

¹⁴其耳無聞、其口無辯兮、

¹⁵耶和華歟、我企望爾、我主上帝必應之兮、

¹⁶我曰、恐彼爲我而誇、我失足時、彼乃夸大兮、

¹⁷我幾顚躓、憂苦常在我前兮、

¹⁸我必述我愆尤、憂我罪戾兮、

¹⁹我敵敏捷壯強、妄憾我者、實繁有徒兮、

²⁰以惡報善者、爲我之敵、緣我惟善是從兮、

²¹耶和華歟、勿棄我、我上帝歟、勿遠我、

²²主歟、我之拯救、其速助我兮、
