¹耶和華歟、勿發忿以譴我、勿震怒以懲我、

²耶和華歟、我身頹敗、爾其恤之、耶和華歟、我骨酸辛、爾其療之、

³耶和華歟、我心惶恐、伊於胡底、

⁴取和華歟、轉拯我命、緣爾慈惠、救援我躬兮、

⁵死亡中無記憶爾、陰府中誰稱謝爾、

⁶我身因欷歔而疲乏、每夜涕泣、溼我牀而沾我榻兮、

⁷我目因憂愁而衰敗、因諸敵而昏瞶兮、

⁸作惡者流、爾其離我、蓋耶和華聞我號泣兮、

⁹耶和華已聽我禱、必允我祈兮、

¹⁰諸敵將抱愧而惶恐、蒙羞而退避兮、
