1（大衛的 詩。）耶和華啊，求你聽 我的禱告，留心聽 我的懇求，憑你的信實 和公義 應允我。
2求你不要 審問 僕人；因為 在你面前，凡 活著的人 沒有一個 是義的。
3原來 仇敵 逼迫 我，將我 打倒 在地，使我住 在幽暗之處，像死了 許久的人一樣。
4所以，我的靈 在我裡面 發昏；我的心 在我裡面 悽慘。
5我追想 古時 之日，思想 你的一切 作為，默念 你手 的工作。
6我向你 舉 手；我的心 渴想你，如乾旱 之地盼雨一樣。（細拉）
7耶和華啊，求你速速 應允我！我心神 耗盡！不要 向我 掩 面，免得我像 那些下 坑 的人一樣。
8求你使我清晨 得聽 你慈愛之言，因 我倚靠 你；求你使我知道 當行 的路，因 我的心 仰望 你。
9耶和華啊，求你救我 脫離我的仇敵！我往你那裡 藏身。
10求你指教我 遵行 你的旨意，因 你是我的 神。你的靈 本為善；求你引我到 平坦 之地。
11耶和華啊，求你為 你的名 將我救活，憑你的公義，將我 從患難中 領出來，
12憑你的慈愛 剪除 我的仇敵，滅絕 一切 苦待 我的人，因 我是 你的僕人。
