1Ezra · Union Traditional
1波斯 王 塞魯士 元 年，耶和華 為要應驗 藉耶利米 口 所說的話， 就激動 波斯 王 塞魯士 的心， 使他下詔 通 告 全 國 說：
2「波斯 王 塞魯士 如此 說：『耶和華 天上的 神 已將天下 萬 國 賜 給我， 又囑咐 我 在猶大 的 耶路撒冷 為他 建造 殿宇。
3在你們中間 凡 作 他子民的，可以上 猶大 的 耶路撒冷， 在耶路撒冷 重建 耶和華─以色列 神 的殿（只有他是 神）。願 神 與 這人同在。
4凡 剩下的人，無論 寄居 何 處，那地 的人 要用金 銀、財物、牲畜 幫助他， 另外也要為耶路撒冷 神 的殿 甘心獻上禮物。』」
5於是，猶大 和便雅憫 的族 長、祭司、利未人，就是一切被 神 激動 他心的人，都起來 要上 耶路撒冷 去建造 耶和華 的殿。
6他們四圍的人 就拿銀 器、金子、財物、牲畜、珍寶幫助他們（原文是堅固 他們的手），另外 還有 甘心獻的禮物。
7塞魯士 王 也將 耶和華 殿 的器皿 拿出來，這器皿 是尼布甲尼撒 從耶路撒冷 掠來、放 在自己神 之廟中的。
8波斯 王 塞魯士派 庫官 米提利達 將這器皿拿出來，按數 交給猶大 的首領 設巴薩。
9器皿的數目 記在下面：金 盤 三十個，銀 盤 一千個，刀 二十 九把，
10金 碗 三十個，銀 碗 之次的 四 百 一十個，別樣 的器皿 一千件。
11金 銀 器皿 共有 五 千 四 百件。被擄的人 從巴比倫 上 耶路撒冷的時候，設巴薩 將這一切 都帶上來。
