1O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;하느님, 당신은 나의 하느님, 물기 없이 메마른 땅덩이처럼 내 마음 당신 찾아 목이 마르고 이 육신 당신 그려 지쳤사옵니다.
2To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.당신을 그리면서 성소에 왔사오며 당신의 힘, 당신의 영광을 뵈오려 합니다.
3Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee.당신의 사랑, 이 목숨보다 소중하기에 이 입술로 당신을 찬양하리이다.
4Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.이 목숨 다하도록 당신을 찬양하며 두 팔 치켜 올리고 당신 이름 찬양하리이다.
5My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips:기름지고 맛있는 것 배불리 먹은 듯 내 입술 기쁘고 내 입이 흥겨워 당신을 찬양합니다.
6When I remember thee upon my bed, and meditate on thee in the night watches.잠자리에 들어서도 당신 생각, 밤을 새워가며 당신 생각뿐,
7Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.나를 도와주신 일 생각하면서 당신의 날개 그늘 아래에서 즐겁습니다.
8My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me.이 몸 당신에게 포근히 안기면 당신 오른팔로 붙들어주십니다.
9But those that seek my soul, to destroy it , shall go into the lower parts of the earth.그러나 나를 잡으러 뒤쫓는 자들은 땅 속 깊은 곳으로 떨어지리니,
10They shall fall by the sword: they shall be a portion for foxes.그들은 예리한 칼날에 동강이 나서 승냥이의 밥이 되리이다.
11But the king shall rejoice in God; every one that sweareth by him shall glory: but the mouth of them that speak lies shall be stopped.우리 임금, 하느님 안에서 즐거우리니 거짓말쟁이들은 말문 막힐 때 하느님 이름으로 맹세하는 자는 기뻐하리이다.
