1Nkosi, ungangikhuzi entukuthelweni yakho, ungangijezisi ekuvutheni kolaka lwakho.
2Woba lomusa kimi, Nkosi, ngoba ngibuthakathaka. Nkosi, ngisilisa mina, ngoba amathambo ami ayakhathazeka.
3Lomphefumulo wami ukhathazekile kakhulu: Kodwa wena, Nkosi, koze kube nini?
4Phenduka, Nkosi, khulula umphefumulo wami; ungisindise ngenxa yomusa wakho.
5Ngoba ekufeni kakukho ukukukhumbula; engcwabeni ngubani ozakubonga?
6Ngikhathele yikububula kwami; ubusuku bonke ngintshezisa icansi lami, ngezinyembezi zami ngimanzise umbheda wami.
7Ilihlo lami lidliwe ngenxa yosizi, liyaguga ngenxa yezitha zami zonke.
8Sukani kimi, lonke benzi bobubi, ngoba iNkosi izwile ilizwi lokulila kwami.
9INkosi izwile ukuncenga kwami; iNkosi izakwemukela umkhuleko wami.
10Zonke izitha zami zizayangeka zitshaywe luvalo kakhulu; zizaphenduka, zihle ziyangeke.
