1How amiable are thy tabernacles, O LORD of hosts!어찌나 사랑스러운지요, 주님 머무시는 곳이, 오, 전능하신 여호와여!
2My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of the LORD : my heart and my flesh crieth out for the living God.여호와의 성전 뜰을 이 몸, 애타게 그리다가 진이 다 빠집니다. 내 마음도 내 육신도 기뻐 외칩니다, 살아 계시는 하나님께.
3Yea, the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, O LORD of hosts, my King, and my God.새도 집을 찾고, 제비도 제 보금자리를 찾았습니다. 새끼 둘 곳을 주님의 제단 곁에 두었습니다, 오, 전능하신 여호와여, 나의 임금님, 나의 하나님!
4Blessed are they that dwell in thy house: they will be still praising thee. Selah.복 있습니다, 주님의 집에 사는 사람들은! 그들은 늘 주님을 찬양합니다. 셀라.
5Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee; in whose heart are the ways of them .복 있습니다, 주님을 제 힘으로 삼는 사람은! 그들은 순례의 길을 마음에 두고 있습니다.
6Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well; the rain also filleth the pools.그들은 바카(눈물) 골짜기를 지나가면서 그곳을 샘이 있는 곳으로 만듭니다. 연못들도 복스럽게 비가 가득 채워 줍니다.
7They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appeareth before God.걸어갈수록 힘이 나고 또 납니다. 그들은 시온에서 하나님 앞에 나타납니다.
8O LORD God of hosts, hear my prayer: give ear, O God of Jacob. Selah.오, 여호와여, 전능하신 하나님, 들어 주십시오, 나의 기도를. 귀 기울여 주십시오, 오, 야곱의 하나님! 셀라.
9Behold, O God our shield, and look upon the face of thine anointed.우리의 방패를 봐 주십시오, 오, 하나님. 굽어살펴 주십시오, 주님께 기름부음받은 사람의 얼굴을.
10For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.주님 뜰의 하루가 더 좋으니까요, 내가 택한 곳의 천 날보다. 내 하나님 집의 문턱에 서 있겠습니다, 불의의 천막에 머무르기보다.
11For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.여호와 하나님이 태양이시고 방패이시거든요. 은혜와 영광을 여호와가 주시거든요. 흠 없이 걸어가는 사람들에게 좋은 것을 아끼지 않으시거든요.
12O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.오, 전능하신 여호와여, 복 있습니다, 주님을 의지하는 사람은!
