1Bow down thine ear, O LORD , hear me: for I am poor and needy.귀 기울여 주십시오, 오, 여호와여, 내게 대답해 주십시오.나는 불쌍하고 가난하거든요.
2Preserve my soul; for I am holy: O thou my God, save thy servant that trusteth in thee.내 목숨을 지켜 주십시오. 나는 한결같거든요. 주님의 종을 구해 주십시오. 주님이 나의 하나님이십니다. 나는 주님을 의지하는 사람입니다.
3Be merciful unto me, O Lord: for I cry unto thee daily.나를 불쌍히 여겨 주십시오, 오, 주님, 주님께 내가 온종일 부르짖습니다.
4Rejoice the soul of thy servant: for unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul.즐거워하게 해 주십시오, 주님의 종인 이 몸이. 오, 주님, 주님을 내가 간절히 바라고 있거든요.
5For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.주님은, 오, 주님, 좋으십니다. 기꺼이 용서하십니다. 한결같은 사랑이 많으십니다. 주님을 부르는 사람이라면, 그 누구에게나 그렇습니다.
6Give ear, O LORD , unto my prayer; and attend to the voice of my supplications.귀 기울여 주십시오, 오, 여호와여, 내 기도에, 주의 깊게 들어 주십시오, 나의 탄원 소리를.
7In the day of my trouble I will call upon thee: for thou wilt answer me.내 어려운 날에 내가 주님을 부릅니다. 주님이 내게 대답하실 것이거든요.
8Among the gods there is none like unto thee, O Lord; neither are there any works like unto thy works.신들 가운데서는 주님 같은 신이 없습니다, 오, 주님! 주님이 하신 것 같은 일들을 한 신도 없습니다.
9All nations whom thou hast made shall come and worship before thee, O Lord; and shall glorify thy name.주님이 만드신 모든 민족이 와서 주님 앞에 엎드려 절할 것입니다, 오, 주님. 또 주님의 이름을 받들어 모실 것입니다.
10For thou art great, and doest wondrous things: thou art God alone.주님이야말로 크시고, 놀라운 일들을 하시니까요. 주님이야말로 하나님이시니까요, 오직 주님만이!
11Teach me thy way, O LORD ; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name.나에게 가르쳐 주십시오, 오, 여호와여, 주님의 길을! 내가 주님의 진리 가운데 걸어가겠습니다. 내 마음을 집중하게 해 주십시오, 주님의 이름을 두려워하도록.
12I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with all my heart: and I will glorify thy name for evermore.나 주님께, 오, 주 나의 하나님, 나의 온 마음으로 감사드리겠습니다. 나 주님의 이름을 영원히 받들어 모시겠습니다.
13For great is thy mercy toward me: and thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest hell.나를 향한 주님의 한결같은 사랑이 커서, 주님이 이 몸을 건져 내 주셨으니까요, 스올(죽은 사람들의 나라)의 밑바닥에서.
14O God, the proud are risen against me, and the assemblies of violent men have sought after my soul; and have not set thee before them.오, 하나님, 건방진 사람들이 나를 치려고 일어났습니다. 폭력배 무리가 내 목숨을 노렸습니다. 이들은 주님을 자신들 앞에 모시지 않았습니다.
15But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, longsuffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth.그런데도 주님은, 오, 주님, 자비로운 하나님이시고 불쌍히 여겨 주시는 하나님이십니다. 오래 참는 하나님이시고 한결같은 사랑과 진실이 넉넉하신 하나님이십니다.
16O turn unto me, and have mercy upon me; give thy strength unto thy servant, and save the son of thine handmaid.내게로 향하셔서 나를 불쌍히 여겨 주십시오. 주님의 종에게 주님의 힘을 주십시오. 주님 여자종의 아들을 구해 주십시오.
17Shew me a token for good; that they which hate me may see it , and be ashamed: because thou, LORD , hast holpen me, and comforted me.주님이 은혜로 내게 표를 하나 만들어 주셔서, 나를 미워하는 사람들이 보고 부끄러워하게 해 주십시오. 주님이, 오, 여호와여, 나를 돕고 나를 위로하시니까요.
