¹I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.내가 눈을 들어 산을 본다. 내 도움이 어디에서 오는가? Notes

²My help cometh from the LORD , which made heaven and earth.내 도움은 하늘과 땅을 만드신 주님에게서 온다.

³He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.주께서는, 네가 헛발을 디디지 않게 지켜 주신다. 너를 지키시느라 졸지도 않으신다. Notes

⁴Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.보아라, 이스라엘을 지키시는 분은, 졸지도 않으시고, 주무시지도 않으신다.

⁵The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand.주님은 너를 지키시는 분, 주님은 네 오른쪽에 서서, 너를 보호하는 그늘이 되어 주시니,

⁶The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.낮의 해도 너를 해치지 못하며, 밤의 달도 너를 해치지 못할 것이다.

⁷The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.주께서 너를 모든 재난에서 지켜 주시며, 네 생명을 지켜 주실 것이다.

⁸The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.주께서는, 네가 나갈 때나 들어올 때나, 이제부터 영원까지 지켜 주실 것이다.
