• Elizaphan

  Elizaphan was appointed chief of the Kohathite clans of the tribe of Levi during the wilderness period after the Exodus. He was the son of Uzziel, and his descendants later formed a Levitical family that is named as a distinct group in the times of David and Hezekiah.

• Mishael (son of Uzziel)

  Mishael was a son of Uzziel, a Kohathite of the tribe of Levi, and a cousin of Moses and Aaron. When Aaron's sons Nadab and Abihu died, he and his brother Elzaphan carried their bodies out of the camp.
