1（神 人 摩西的 祈禱）主啊，你 世世代代 作 我們的 居所。
2諸山 未曾 生出，地 與世界 你未曾造成，從亙古 到 永遠，你是 神。
3你使人 歸 於 塵土，說：你們世人 要歸回。
4在你看來， 千 年 如已過 的昨 日，又如夜間的 一更。 Notes
5你叫他們如水沖去；他們如 睡一覺。早晨，他們如生長 的草，
6早晨 發芽 生長，晚上 割下 枯乾。
7我們因你的怒氣 而 消滅，因你的忿怒 而驚惶。
8你將我們的罪孽 擺在 你面前，將我們的隱惡 擺在你面 光之中。
9我們經過 的日子 都 在你震怒之下；我們度盡 的年歲 好像 一聲歎息。
10我們一生的年 日 是七十 歲，若是 強壯 可到八十 歲；但其中 所矜誇的 不過是勞苦 愁煩， 轉眼 成空，我們便如飛而去。
11誰 曉得 你怒氣 的權勢？誰按著你該受的敬畏 曉得你的忿怒呢？
12求你指教 我們怎樣數算 自己的日子，好叫我們得著 智慧 的心。
13耶和華啊，我們要等到 幾時呢？求你轉回，為 你的僕人 後悔。
14求你使我們早早 飽得 你的慈愛，好叫我們一生一世 歡呼 喜樂。
15求你照著你使我們受苦 的日子，和我們遭 難 的年歲，叫我們喜樂。
16願你的作為 向 你僕人 顯現；願你的榮耀 向 他們子孫顯明。
17願主─我們 神 的榮美 歸於 我們身上。願你堅立 我們手 所做的工；我們手 所做的工，願你堅立。
