1Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble.가난한 자를 보살피는 자에게 복이 있음이여 재앙의 날에 여호와께서 그를 건지시리로다
2The LORD will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies.여호와께서 그를 지키사 살게 하시리니 그가 이 세상에서 복을 받을 것이라 주여 그를 그 원수들의 뜻에 맡기지 마소서
3The LORD will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing: thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness.여호와께서 그를 병상에서 붙드시고 그가 누워 있을 때마다 그의 병을 고쳐 주시나이다
4I said, LORD , be merciful unto me: heal my soul; for I have sinned against thee.내가 말하기를 여호와여 내게 은혜를 베푸소서 내가 주께 범죄하였사오니 나를 고치소서 하였나이다
5Mine enemies speak evil of me, When shall he die, and his name perish?나의 원수가 내게 대하여 악담하기를 그가 어느 때에나 죽고 그의 이름이 언제나 없어질까 하며
6And if he come to see me , he speaketh vanity: his heart gathereth iniquity to itself; when he goeth abroad, he telleth it .나를 보러 와서는 거짓을 말하고 그의 중심에 악을 쌓았다가 나가서는 이를 널리 선포하오며
7All that hate me whisper together against me: against me do they devise my hurt.나를 미워하는 자가 다 하나같이 내게 대하여 수군거리고 나를 해하려고 꾀하며
8An evil disease, say they , cleaveth fast unto him: and now that he lieth he shall rise up no more.이르기를 악한 병이 그에게 들었으니 이제 그가 눕고 다시 일어나지 못하리라 하오며
9Yea, mine own familiar friend, in whom I trusted, which did eat of my bread, hath lifted up his heel against me.내가 신뢰하여 내 떡을 나눠 먹던 나의 가까운 친구도 나를 대적하여 그의 발꿈치를 들었나이다
10But thou, O LORD , be merciful unto me, and raise me up, that I may requite them.그러하오나 주 여호와여 내게 은혜를 베푸시고 나를 일으키사 내가 그들에게 보응하게 하소서 이로써
11By this I know that thou favourest me, because mine enemy doth not triumph over me.내 원수가 나를 이기지 못하오니 주께서 나를 기뻐하시는 줄을 내가 알았나이다
12And as for me, thou upholdest me in mine integrity, and settest me before thy face for ever.주께서 나를 온전한 중에 붙드시고 영원히 주 앞에 세우시나이다
13Blessed be the LORD God of Israel from everlasting, and to everlasting. Amen, and Amen.이스라엘의 하나님 여호와를 영원부터 영원까지 송축할지로다 아멘 아멘
